We will arrange the collection the items one we have them in our safe storage we will the sort them to thoroughly researching the item and listing it with a detailed description and photos. We will assess whether it is better to list the item as an auction or buy it now price we will also determine if we should deliver the item free of charge (include it in the sale price) or charge an additional postage.
At the end of the auction or in the case of the buy it now, a buyer has completed purchase we will then safely pack the item and dispatch it within two days of cleared payment being received.
Once the statutory 14 days cooling of period has past we will make our deduction from the total and forward you the balance by either Cheque or BACs transfer which ever was agreed.
